Teens from 13 to 15 will learn the fundamental skills of parkour and develop new skills on the walls, rails and vaults. In addition to parkour skills, specific drills to develop strength and endurance to enhance your ability to parkour are included. Flow is emphasized through building an obstacle course during class and challenging students to complete it while focusing on quality of movement. Portions of this class may be taught outside.
