Our hot vinyasa flow class is both energetic & invigotating. We will use the heated room to assist in bringing heat to the bodies core, increasing our flexbility, and releasing negativity from our bodies. Classes will vary in focus between standing, twisting, hip opening, and back bending asanas as well as arm balancing & inversions.
As this is a hot class, be sure to bring a towel, water bottle, and of course your Mat!
This class is considered hot at 85-93F.
This class is of intermediate level, so a yoga practice is preferred before attending. If you are brand new to yoga or still new to yogic practice, it is highly recommended to participate in one of our beginner or open level classes first.
