This class is appropriate for new and returning students; no previous yoga experience required.  The class focuses on learning the foundation of yoga postures and breathing, with the class taking a slow and gentle pace. The students are guided in proper modifications and adjustments of the poses as per the needs of their bodies. Instruction on how to use yoga props to support their practice, as well as how to incorporate the principles of a yoga practice into their daily lives for relaxation and stress reduction, is included with this class.
