This lower heat class is either a 60 or 75 min class
(depending on teacher). This super RELAXING class is the Yin to the
Yang of all our other classes and is good for absolutely everyone.
A blissful class of seated and supine (laying down) poses designed
to deeply relax muscles and gently lengthen connective tissue.
Poses are held for longer periods of time and are supported with
props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets, sandbags, and straps.
Longer holds facilitate deep relaxation. Mindfulness techniques are
used to help quiet your mind. This is a quieter class with gentle
or no music. Come in your most comfortable clothes and leave
relaxed, calm, and blissed out.
