All Levels Power Vinyasa class links conscious breath
with a mindful and energetic flow of yoga poses. In this class, you
will build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing
your body and calming your mind. It also introduces foundational
yoga postures with alignment based cuing to help each student
develop and expand their personal practice. Depending on the
teacher, music is played throughout the class to enhance the
practice and to encourage and motivate students. Standing,
Balancing, Spine Strengthening, and Hip opening poses are followed
by a relaxing Surrender in each class. Power Flow is designed to
accommodate ALL levels and encourages students to focus on building
their personal practice both on and off their mat.
