Karen's class takes you from long warm ups on the floor to
start, working up to standing poses with a modified, gentle flow
and then a long cool down and stretch. She believes in a
compassionate and nurturing approach to yoga; one that is dedicated
to structural and energetic integration, including alignment,
breathing, mind and spirit. Students work hard but there is balance
between working and resting. Karen believes that the most important
part of yoga is using the breath to link the mind, body and spirit.
She encourages her students to approach their practice with playful
humor, and without judgement.
