Using traditional mat and equipment based Pilates exercises and performs them on the suspension trainer (TRX straps). The "plus" means that the class may also incorporate other small Pilates equipment such as the Pilates Chair or Pilates Arc.This workout focuses on using your Shoulder girdle and core to control your own body weight as you move through a variety of exercises designed to tone and strengthen the entire body. This fun class is open to all levels. Modifications and variations will be taught as needed. Level 1-4
