Experience the thrills of a classic circus art while secretly building strength and physical stamina. This class will get you comfortable with hanging upside-down and holding your own weight. We will cover foundational trapeze tricks and poses.
You must have instructor approval to attend any level above 1.
Prerequisites for Level 2:
- Hands free knee hang (10 second hold)
- Engaged Long arm hang from bar (10 seconds)
- Short-arm hold (5 second)
- Clean Sit to stand transition
- Pike mount with toe tag
- Mermaid
- Belly up and belly down angel
- Catchers
