<p>Experience the thrills of a classic circus art while secretly building strength and physical stamina. This class will get you comfortable with hanging upside-down and holding your own weight. We will cover foundational trapeze tricks and poses.</p>
<p>You must have instructor approval to attend any level above 1.</p>
<p>Prerequisites for Level 2:</p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Clean Sit to stand transition</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pike mount or straddle mount with toe tag </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to execute cleanly without instruction:</span>
