Yin and Yang Flow blends two styles of practice into one unique experience -- bringing together the benefits of passively held poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. Yin, a static and passive practice that works on deep dense connective tissue and joints in the body. Yang, in contrast, refers to a more active practice working on the Yang-type muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina, and flexibility.
