This is a level 2 class that focuses on tricks, spins, and transitional moves on and off the pole within the bottom 4 feet of the pole.
In this class we will work on how to transition from move to move seamlessly! We will build off of familiar pole movements, as well as work through progressions of new tricks and spins for every level of poler.
Reccommended having taken at least 2 Pole 1 classes before attending.
Note: While not required, it is recommended to have taken at least 3 pole level 1 classes prior, or be a level 2.
Attire: Please wear bare feet or clean sneakers to class, with workout clothes you can move freely in. Recommended to wear shorts, but to bring long/short socks or leggings for alternate moves.
