NEW! Our small group sessions (maximum 4 people) allow clients to work individually on their own exercise program with instructor supervision.  One of our instructors will be moving amongst the group offering cues, reminders, help with springs, and answering questions.  Clients get the attention they need, develop independence in their workout program, get to use all the apparatus (chair, trapeze table & ladder barrel) and pay less than a private session.

*PLEASE NOTE: Clients who register for any small group session must have a pre-planned workout program.  If you are interested in joining a small group session, please schedule a private with an instructor to get your workout program outline.
