Today’s seniors are active, strong, and agile. Our Senior Stretch Pilates program focuses on building core strength, developing and maintaining good balance, and honing coordination skills. Feel the difference that Pilates can make in your life.We will focus on improving balance, stabilizing and strengthening the joints and protecting the spine by working on optimal alignment and breathe work. This is a low impact, slower paced class with an emphasis on stretching.
