<p>Pilates 4 Dancers focuses on incorporating effective breath patterns, increasing pelvis stability, and strengthening postural muscles of the abdomen, upper & lower back, and legs through Intermediate Pilates mat exercises, and the use of Pilates equipment and props. Continued Pilates study facilitates more advanced technique and continues the self care program for our dancers. <strong>This class is part of the curriculum for Level 5 Students.</strong></p>
