Beginner Yoga - IN PERSON- Spring 2024

In this slower paced Yoga class we will start by learning the proper form and technique of the Yoga postures. Throughout the class you will gain a better understanding of your body, how it works and how to move from one posture to another fluidly and safely. With awareness to the breath and the mind body connection, we will use Yoga techniques and postures to relax, stretch, strengthen and move your body safely. No previous Yoga experience needed. Participants will need a yoga mat.

This is an IN PERSON class. Class is at the Mount Albert Community Centre, 53 Main Street, Mt. Albert.

You will need a yoga mat. There are 12 classes. 

Early BIRD pricing is offered until midnight April 3, 2024. All registrations MUST be paid in full by that time in order to qualify for the early bird price. Feel Good Flow - IN PERSON - Spring 2024

Plan to restore your mind and body with the Feel Good Flow class. This class will have a combination of movement, strength, and relaxation. Movements will focus on a different area of the body from week to week, targeting areas that may be stiff or blocked. Throughout the series, we will strengthen the core. Finishing each unique yoga sequence with a traditional savasana to help you into a sleep time state; calm and relaxed.

Level 2/3

Fundamental Yoga - Online - Spring 2024 Virtual

Yoga Stretch - Wednesday - ONLINE- Spring 2024 Virtual

Yoga stretches are one of the best ways to begin restoring your body to better health, by improving balance, flexibility and circulation. In this class we will explore a series of gentle, low impact stretches and poses that will help loosen tense muscles, deepen your breathing and relax your mind. These stretches and postures are easy for anyone to do, because you can tailor them to meet your own body’s needs with simple modifications. Level 1/2

Wednesday Small Group Training- Online - Spring 2024 Virtual

Small Group Training offers Personalized Training in an affordable group session, along with benefitting from the energy of a group. Jenny (certified Personal Trainer) will provide a wide range of strength exercises with dumbbells and using body weight. Posture and stabilization exercises will also be incorporated with bursts of cardio. Focus will be on technique, increasing strength, balance, and coordination. Consider this a Personal Training session with your friends!
