Join fellow yoga teachers to practice and refine your skills with the support and assistance of other yoga teachers.

 

Under the general guidance of a facilitator, participants are free to practice asanas, hands on assists, assisted stretching, Thai Yoga bodywork techniques, and anything else you want to work on!

 

Come practice your skills, get an amazing stretch, and take this great opportunity to collaborate and learn from other experienced yoga teachers. You’ll have the freedom to work on any poses or stretches you want with the direct support of your peers!
