The class is also appropriate for girls who love gymnastics and want to practice the sport as a way to stay fit. No assessment needed.
Price: $110/month for 1 day/wk, $200/month for 2 days/wk
This 2 hour gymnastics class is designed to help girls ages 7-18 accelerate progress in the sport of gymnastics. Participants should have a background in gymnastic or dance. Girls will work on fundamental skills, including strength and flexibility, front and back walkover, back handspring, as well as skills on the balance beam, uneven bars and vault. The class is appropriate for girls who love to run, jump and tumble, but without focusing on competitive routines.
Our 5-day high-yield gymnastics skills camps are perfect for gymnasts, cheerleaders or dancers who are looking to build confidence performing gymnastics and tumbling skills. Athletes will practice a variety of skills, including handstand, cartwheel, walkover, back handspring and ariel (as appropriate based on experience and ability), as well as conditioning exercises to help prevent injury. Led by experienced gymnastics coaches, this camp will take your child's performance to the next level! Enrollment is open to girls ages 6-10 yrs.
