powerful frequencies of crystal sound bowls. Carey will guide you
through simple restorative postures while Jay plays meditative
instruments tuned to your highest vibrations. Relax, refresh, and
renew yourself!
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class. No late entry; doors
close promptly at the start time of the class.
This class is not heated. Wear comfortable clothes and bring your
own mat, towel, and water bottle. You may rent a mat ($3) and a
towel ($3) if needed. Bottled water is available for purchase ($3)
or you may use our filtered water station. 105F is a cashless
business. We accept all major credit/debit cards and contactless
payments (Apple Pay & Google Pay).
