We meet on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30 September 1 - October 6

Where: Activated Body Studio

What: commit to following Whole 30 for 30 days plus one week to transition into your food freedom sustainability plan; show up to the weekly meetings; participate in the group chat; commit to your own personal wellness goals.
