Prenatal and Postnatal yoga (Module 3)
Dive into the depths of understanding yoga for prenatal and postnatal bodies. This module will explore in-depth the benefits of yoga for pregnant women, the various stages of pregnancy, the changing body during pregnancy, the stages of labor and postpartum recovery. Learn how to build effective, safe and soothing yoga sequences to help with the various props and breathing techniques. The module includes pranayama and meditation for expectant mothers and recovery techniques for new moms during the postpartum phase. We also explore the changing woman’s body during pregnancy and postpartum and more. Visiting faculty included for this module.
