Experience the fundamentals of prenatal yoga all while developing and strengthening emotional and physical connection with your baby. We will find the beginnings of motherhood through rejuvenation and body unification. It is a practice uniquely designed for pregnancy. It focuses breathing, stamina, pelvic floor work, restorative poses, and core strength. Prenatal Yoga can help you become more resilient during and after pregnancy.
