Join Jules for a 5-week series on the hips.
Hip pain is one of the most common issues that we see in yoga. If the hips are not mobile and strong, a variety of issues can show up, and not just in the hips! For example, we may also experience back or knee pain.
In this 5-week yoga therapy series, you will learn about the anatomy of your hips. We will delve into common hip issues such as osteoarthritis, bursitis, sciatica, groin pulls, and hip replacement.
Learn a simple home practice to keep your hips happy!
