Join us for a deeply restorative yoga practice and a community acupuncture session, designed to nourish your body and soul post-holiday season. This unique experience will help you recharge, rejuvenate, and keep intentions for the new year.

Our gentle yoga practice, led by yogi Kimber Jones, will focus on calming the mind and body. We will incorporate restorative poses, supported by props, to release tension, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. The practice will be guided by the principles of Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine, aligning with the energy of the winter season.

After the yoga practice, you will be invited to remain in Savasana for a community acupuncture session. During this time, licensed acupuncturist, Dr. Britta Memmesheimer, will gently insert tiny needles into specific points on your body to promote healing and balance. This ancient practice can help to alleviate stress, improve sleep, boost immunity, and enhance overall well-being.
