Yoga Buddies Workshop-sign up today
Yoga Buddies is a playful, connection-focused yoga class for kids grades K-8 and their favorite grown-up—parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or caregiver. Two sessions are offered to break up the age groups….Grades K-3 is being held 12-1pm and Grades 4-8 is being held 1:30-2:30 with 2 different sign ups under Workshops in the app. Together, you’ll move through yoga poses, partner stretches, balance games, and gentle breathing. We’ll wrap things up with a short rest so everyone leaves feeling calm, connected, and proud. A fun, lighthearted yoga class designed to spend quality time together, learning connection through movement, games, and calming techniques. Women's Circle: Nervous System Support & Vagus Nerve Education

Workshop Cost $28 for Members

This women’s circle is a supportive, educational gathering created for women who are carrying a lot — physically, emotionally, and mentally — and are ready for tools that actually help.

Together, we’ll explore how stress, hormones, and life demands affect the nervous system, with a focus on the vagus nerve and how it influences mood, energy, sleep, digestion, and resilience. You’ll gain a better understanding of why your body may feel unfamiliar right now and how to rebuild trust through simple, grounding practices.

This is a space designed for safety, connection, and shared understanding. You’re not here to fix yourself — you’re here to understand yourself better and feel supported by like-minded women who get it.

  • What to expect:

    • Education on the nervous system and vagus nerve

    • Gentle breathwork, tapping, sound healing, and guided meditation

    • Light, accessible movement to settle the body

    • Journaling and reflection

    • Tea and light refreshments

    • Printed handouts with nervous system calming practices to take home

Chairs will be available for anyone who prefers not to sit on the floor.

  • This workshop is for women who are:

    • 40+ and navigating perimenopause or menopause

    • Caregivers who are often last on their own list

    • Professionals feeling overwhelmed or out of balance

    • Experiencing physical or hormonal changes that feel confusing or unsettling

    • Seeking calm, clarity, and connection without pressure or performance

You’ll leave feeling steadier, more informed, and less alone — with practical tools you can use in daily life to support your nervous system and overall well-being.

All levels are welcome. No yoga experience required.
