A candlelit evening of reflection, movement, and heart-opening ritual.
On the longest night of the year, we gather in sacred space to slow down, soften, and honor the quiet turning point between darkness and returning light.
We’ll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, allowing its gentle warmth to open the heart and awaken the senses. From there, you’ll be guided through reflective journaling and soft, intentional movement designed to help you release the habits, stories, and heaviness you’re ready to lay down before stepping into a new season.
Our release ritual invites your intentions to rise and transform as candlelight flickers around you — a symbolic exhale for the year behind, and a tender invitation toward renewal.
We’ll close with a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing vibration and stillness to settle your nervous system and anchor your intentions. Expect to leave feeling lighter, grounded, and re-aligned with your inner light.
This evening includes:
• Ceremonial cacao shared in circle
• Guided meditation + heart-opening restorative flow

Let’s be honest — the holidays can bring up a lot. Family, expectations, chaos, sugar, emotions... you name it. This class is your permission slip to let it all out.
We’ll move, breathe, swear (yep), laugh, and maybe even cry as we shake off the buildup from the past year. Expect loud, explicit music, strong flow, and plenty of chances to yell, groan, and growl your way toward feeling lighter.
This isn’t about being “angry.” It’s about release. It’s about getting real, using your voice, and finding that sweet exhale on the other side of it all.
Each participant will have an option to purchase a “DAMNIT DOLL” as part of the process.
Come as you are — messy, tired, over it — and leave grounded, free, and probably smiling.
Option to stay, mingle, and have a beverage in community afterwards.
