Come together in community to honor the Virgo New Moon and solar eclipse with ritual, movement, and reflection. Guided by the elements of fire, ceremony, and meditation, this gathering is an invitation to pause, release, and realign under the energy of the cosmos.
We’ll begin by gently awakening the body, then move into sacred ritual and fire gazing, before settling into stillness for meditation and integration. The evening closes in shared reflection, creating space for renewal and connection.
Leave feeling grounded, nurtured, and aligned with the cycles of both nature and your own heart.
Join Allison & Denelle for an evening of movement and stillness designed to restore balance in both body and mind. Allison will guide you through a flowing yoga practice that links breath with movement, emphasizing alignment, strength, and freedom over perfection.
Throughout class, Denelle will weave in the gentle tones of sound healing instruments, creating a calming backdrop that invites you to release tension and settle into presence. The practice concludes with an extended sound healing immersion, offering a deeply restorative experience that nurtures both body and spirit.
Leave feeling centered, renewed, and open to the ease that follows mindful movement and healing sound.

Join us for a morning of purpose and community as we team up with Clean Ocean Action for their statewide Beach Sweep. Together, we’ll help restore the shoreline by removing trash and debris, collecting valuable data on pollution sources, and protecting marine life.
This event is family-friendly and open to all ages—whether you come solo, with friends, or as part of a group, your efforts will make a meaningful impact.
Come for 30 minutes, an hour, whatever time you can offer helps!!
Gloves and supplies will be provided (bring your own reusable gloves if you prefer).
Dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes.
Community service hours are available for students.
