Winter Glow: The Dance Intensive is a curated experience for dancers and movement lovers (ages 21+) ready to expand their artistic vocabulary, refine their technique, and reconnect with the essence of movement as art.

Led by Laura Armenta and members of the Laura Armenta Dance Company, alongside guest teaching artists, this intensive blends contemporary artistry, world dance traditions, and wellness practice into a transformative winter weekend.

Classes range from Belly Dance and Salsa to Jazz, Contemporary, and segments from the Laura Armenta Dance Company Repertoire.

Expect high energy, mindful flow, and an environment that values depth over competition.

Program Highlights

• Two full days (9 am–3:30 pm) of diverse, high-quality instruction
• Approximately four classes daily with professional choreographers and educators
• Focus on artistry, versatility, and self-empowerment through movement
• Certificate of Completion
• Exclusive invitation to audition for performance opportunities with Laura Armenta Dance Company
• Select participants may be invited to mentorship sessions with Laura Armenta
