They will lead you through a one-hour flow that includes fun poses with a drink in your hand. Bring a friend or two or three becuase there are lots of fun partner and group poses to play around with too!
The price includes a one hour practice PLUS a FREE drink. Beer, wine, or N/A drinks available.
This takes place in Dimensional's back private room where the garage doors open and let in the sun and nice weather :)
