Instead of setting a resolution this New year, let us guide you through the steps to creating mindful, positive intentions.
10:00-10:20PM Create a Nectar List
Thinking of the New Year generally stirs up thoughts about the future, which can cause a lot of stress and anxiety. Instead of creating a million and half New Year’s resolutions, spend the holiday creating a “nectar list”, a list of the sweet moments from the past year. This is a time to foster gratitude, reflect on your accomplishments and cultivate a positive ending to 2019.
10:20-10:40PM. Settle Into Stillness: Guided Meditation
The new year is a great reminder that time moves on outside of our control. Be still and strengthen your power of patience and stillness.
10:40-11:00PM Leave behind what no longer serves you: Singing Bowl Meditation
A Singing Bowl meditation is a unique type of sound practice that involves using therapeutic sounds and vibrations to bring about healing. Release what is no longer serving you with the vibrations of a sound bath.
11:00- 12:15AM Gratitude Yoga Practice
Flow through a 75 minute power yoga flow with Michelle that will set your intentions on gratitude and thankfulness as you wring in the New Year. As we like to say, energy flows where attention goes. Who can’t use a little more gratitude in 2020?
12:30-2:00AM. Breakfast, fresh juices, bubbly, Dance party, Fireworks at Fiesta Texas
Enjoy a change in perspective! We will be serving up all your breakfast favorites accompanied by fresh juices. (Bubbly optional) Step outside the studio to see the fireworks display from Fiesta Texas or dance the morning away to your favorite tunes.
