BE Aware: Self Defense with Diana
In this fun, intuitive and rather easy self defense class, we will learn the escapes for most grabs, do some practices and review escapes from knife attacks and ground attacks. We'll learn about all the weapons we have at hand on our bodies, and we'll learn where we aim them on our attacker. We'll talk about our best weapon and the most effective way to stay safe.
Mostly, we laugh a lot. In this time of year where transitions are occurring, like middle school to high school, or high school to college, let's get together and empower each other.
Join Diana as she guides us through the organ pairs, mindfully exhaling our old thought patterns that create body stagnations, and inhaling into the expanded space with Universal potential.
