This training bridges the wisdom of Ayurveda and the science of Yoga Therapy to teach you how to design personalized, therapeutic yoga sessions rooted in energetics. You’ll learn how asanas affect the five prana vayus, support the digestive fire (agni), and aid in the elimination of malas — guiding the body-mind system back to balance.
We explore how to read the body and breath through the Ayurvedic lens, how to adapt movement to the time of day, season, and dosha, and how to work one-on-one with students to support real transformation.
