Beginner Pole and Dance 1.0
Get ready to set your soul on fire in this 5 week beginner series that is designed specifically for all fitness levels!
You will progressively learn, spins, transitions, floor work and all the in between moves to put it all together in a complete routine!
It is best to wear yoga like clothing or something easy to move in, leggings for beginner levels with tank or t-shirt. We don't wear shoes or socks and knee pads are strongly suggested. Leg warmers are optional and fun!
Class meets once a week for 90 minutes. Space is limited and classes are small to ensure personalized instruction.
