Beginner Pole and Dance 1.0

Get ready to set your soul on fire in this 5 week beginner series that is designed specifically for all fitness levels!
You will progressively learn, spins, transitions, floor work and all the in between moves to put it all together in a complete routine!
 
It is best to wear yoga like clothing or something easy to move in, leggings for beginner levels with tank or t-shirt. We don't wear shoes or socks and knee pads are strongly suggested. Leg warmers are optional and fun!

Class meets once a week for 90 minutes. Space is limited and classes are small to ensure personalized instruction.

Now that you have finished our Beginner pole and dance series you are ready to take it to the next level! In this series get ready to heighten your experience on and off the pole by learning techniques to climb, sit, and transition along with indulging into movement and dance by embellishing the beginner routine. In this series you will gain strength, flexibility, and most importantly you will have a deeper connection with your body and movement which will empower you to be more confident.
 
Pre-Req Beginner Series and proficient in beginner spins that were taught in Beginner Series.
 
You will need pole shorts to create skin to pole contact to help with climbing. You will also want leggings or leg warmers and knee pads to help slide across the ground for floor movement.

Spinny Pole Series

In this series you will be introduced to spinny pole and you will learn a spin pole combo to explore and make your own.
We will work with techniques to control your spin and smoothly transition on and off the pole.

Beginner Pole and Dance Series and Pole and Dance 2.0

Must be proficient in basic pole climb and basic spins on both sides.
 
What to wear
