An Evening of Relaxation
“An Evening of Relaxation” is a 90 minute experience that includes guided breath work, meditation, restorative + yin yoga, aromatherapy, sound therapy, acupressure, and bodywork.
During these events, Zachary offers his services to help you relax and recharge. In addition, he also teaches you tools and techniques to help reduce stress and anxiety in your daily life.
Zachary has been a massage therapist, acupuncturist, and yoga instructor since 2010. He developed this signature workshop in 2017. Due to currently limited class sizes, this particular workshop will be offered in-person to only 10 participants. If you want to attend in-person, please sign up in advance, as this workshop will likely sell out. Participants also have the option to attend this workshop virtually though Zoom.
For those attending in-person, Be Love will supply each participant with two blocks and one blanket. Please bring your own mat and any other props that you would like to use. We look forward to seeing you soon.
