This Grief Circle is an intimate, safe and loving space to talk about our grief directly.
A space where our souls have permission to grieve in whatever form and manner that feels right.
Grief cannot be fixed or healed. It can be felt, experienced and witnessed fully. Allowing ourselves to be witnessed in our grief in a world where we may not feel it is safe or acceptable to grieve publicly can be a powerful and cathartic experience.
There is no right or wrong way to grieve. We’ll hold space for all of it, together.
Hailey will guide some very light movement and breathwork to ground and open into the space. Hailey will be organizing and holding space for this session, but it will be organically created by all that attend with no specific goal in mind. Hailey is a death doula, yoga and breathwork teacher and mother. Her mission for this offering is simply to create a welcoming space for people to process grief in community. We need eachother.
