We’ll break down common poses, transitions and breathing techniques traditionally practiced in vinyasa and hatha style classes. You will learn proper form, alignment and modifications for your body and its specific needs. All levels welcome.
Join Haleigh for a Taylor Swift inspired Yogalates class that blends movement, breath, and a touch of showgirl flair. Yogalates is a fusion of yoga and Pilates, combining the mindful movement of yoga with the core-focused strength and stability of Pilates. Class will be heated to 95°. All levels welcome. Bring or rent a mat, all other props will be provided.

The word “reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei,” which means universal, and “ki,” which means vital or life-giving energy. It’s also known as prana, chi, ruah, pneuma, mana – almost all ancient wisdom cultures recognize this power. Just like we all have the ability to learn to play an instrument, we all have access to this universal life-giving energy. However, most of us have forgotten how. This workshop is designed to help you remember.
In this workshop, we will play with exercises to feel into and harness our own flow of energy, and Natalie will guide us through a reiki chakra balance as well as channel a group healing. This session will also include discussion, movement, breath work, and sound healing.

down, light folding inward. Through resonant tones and gentle
vibration, the journey carries you into the depth of stillness,
inviting body, mind, and heart to simply rest. No striving. No
fixing. Just arrival and the soft remembering of wholeness.
Join Heather for a 90 minute class designed to unlock the body and unwind the mind. The first 45 minutes of class will be a slow hip opening sequence. You can expect some gentle movements and a very slow flow, as well as more restorative longer-held supported poses. Reducing tension in the physical body helps us have more productive rest. We will then finish with a 45 mintue Yoga Nidra Meditation. This is a blissful guided meditation also called “Sleep Yoga.” All you have to do is lie there and listen. This practice of awareness puts you into a liminal state somewhere between awake and asleep. In this space, we have potential to heal and restore.
