specifically for hockey players, helping athletes build
the strength, power, and endurance they need for
success on the ice.
Whether you’re trying out for rep or playing in a recreational league, this program will prepare your body, sharpen your skills, and give you a competitive edge before the season starts.
What to Expect in Each 60-Minute Session:
Explosive strength training for speed & agility
Conditioning drills to boost stamina
Core & stability work for balance on the ice
Hockey-specific movement patterns
Team-style motivation & fun!
