Join Griscelda for a fun and interactive cooking class where young chefs will learn to create delicious dishes.

Drop-Off Guidelines
Welcome to the Rec Center’s Seasonal Community Clothes
Swap!
Four times a year, we refresh our closets and our community spirit.
Donate your gently-loved items, pay a buck, and find something
new-to-you all weekend long.
How the Swap Works:

You don’t need to donate to participate—but it’s encouraged!

First come, first pick! We do not reserve or hold items.

Leftovers will be donated to local shelters and outreach programs.
We’re Looking For:
Clothing (Adults & Teens – All Genders):
-
Everyday wear (jeans, tees, hoodies, etc.)
-
Business casual/professional pieces
-
Seasonal jackets & coats
-
Clean footwear
-
Accessories (hats, scarves, belts, bags, etc.)
-
Swimwear
Gear (Youth & Adult Sizes):
-
Snow gear: coats, boots, ski/snowboard helmets

Sports gear: cleats, gloves, pads, balls, etc.

Outdoor & rec gear: hiking packs, water bottles
(No large items like bikes or treadmills without pre-approval.)
We Cannot Accept:
-
Stained, ripped, or overly worn clothing
-
Undergarments or socks (unless new & packaged)
-
Broken or unsafe gear (especially helmets!)

Items with pet hair, smoke smell, or unidentifiable funk
Drop-Off Fee: $1 per Drop
This helps cover event costs and materials. Pay at the front desk—cash or card accepted.

HEY! You must have completed at least one session of Little Fins 1 to be eligible for Little Fins 2
Splash into fun and build confidence together in our Little Fins 2 parent and baby aquatics class! This playful program is designed for infants/kids aged 1 to 3 years old, introducing them to the joys of water while prioritizing safety and strengthening your parent-child bond.
Classes per week: 1 (every Friday)
Session Cost: $75
Time: 10 - 11am
Instructor: Grace Middleton
Program: Red Cross
What you can expect:

Water Safety Fundamentals: Learn gentle techniques to familiarize your baby with the water, including holding positions, submersion, and floating with assistance.

Confidence Building Activities: Through songs, games, and colorful toys, we create a fun and stimulating environment that fosters a love for water exploration.

Bonding Through Play: Share precious moments of laughter and connection with your little one as you discover the magic of water together. Some sessions include diving toys, however, all outside toys should not be used or brought to class.

Qualified Instructors: Our certified instructors are experts in early childhood development and water safety,ensuring a positive and nurturing experience for both you and your baby.
*Adult MUST be in water with Child for the duration of the lesson - No exceptions will be made*
