The studio will provide yoga mats and blankets, but bring anything you need to be cozy.

He guides meditations with the aim to transport listeners below the surface into their ethereal nature, presence, and the spiritual dimensions within the body.

Krystina Francine, a master of sound healing, weaves a meditative journey through somatic healing and self-discovery. Drawing on her deep connection to music as medicine, Krystina guides you into a space of healing at the core. Her sound bath integrates soothing vibrations from quartz crystal singing bowls, percussion instruments and live vocals, amplified through loop stations, creating an ethereal experience that blends beauty, magic and deep healing.
