Meet the Facilitators:

Alex Lettieri is a Certified Hypnotherapist and Past Life Regression Specialist with a background in nursing. After years working in high-stress medical settings, she felt called to support healing in a way that honors the whole being—mind, body, and spirit. Alex offers heart-centered sessions through her practice, Cultivate Consciousness, helping clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and create lasting change.

Jenna Dreams is a musician and coach specializing in sound bath meditations, subconscious reprogramming, and sacred plant medicine. Her decade of experience with altered states of consciousness and Indigenous ceremonial practices inform her gentle and grounded facilitation style. Through immersive sound journeys, she helps others reconnect with the Earth and the truth of who they are.
