Urinary leakage is common..but it’s not something you simply have to live with. In this physical therapy–led workshop, we’ll break down why urinary incontinence happens and what you can do to improve it. You’ll learn how the pelvic floor, breathing, posture, and everyday movement all play a role in bladder control. We’ll also discuss common triggers like coughing, sneezing, running, and jumping, and why leaks often show up during these moments.
This workshop will provide practical, movement-based strategies used in pelvic health physical therapy to help improve bladder control and confidence in your body. You’ll leave with a better understanding of your pelvic floor, simple exercises you can start right away, and tools to support bladder health in daily life. Whether you experience occasional leaks or are simply curious about protecting your pelvic floor, this workshop is designed to give you clear, approachable guidance in a supportive environment.

50 minute Pilates Mat Class, taught by Blossom Crawford, followed by some light snacks, drinks, and hanging out!
