No Class: Memorial Day (5/29)
Adult Ballet: Beg 2 is for dancers who are beginners with some practice, or who have done a year of Adult Beginning Ballet
Ballet is a great physical activity that involves cardio, stretching, concentration, music, and memory. It burns calories, lengthens and strengthens muscles and contributes to an all-around sense of well-being.
This is an engaging, upbeat, thoughtful class that challenges without frustrating the students while focusing on helping them adjust their technical placement and posture for better strength and control.
DRESS CODE: Moveable clothing and ballet shoes
Registration required, repeatable. One class per week.

Session A Dates: April 16 - June 3 (7 weeks)

ADULT FLAMENCO - WEDNESDAYS at 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Session Dates: May 3rd - June 14th
Flamenco Technique
This class will combine strength training and flamenco technique exercises for braceo, heel work, body posture, turns, marcajes, and movement across the floor. It is recommended to take both classes per week to regain stamina and endurance. All levels are welcome as exercises will have beginner through advanced options.
