What Players Can Expect:

Our summer program focuses on measurable player development. Key evaluation tools include:

• On field training

• Early workout

• Live AB’s

• Position fundamentals

• Infield / Outfield

• Speed & conditioning

• Rapsodo

• Metric Testing

Our goal is to help athletes improve using real data, structured development, and competitive training.

Additionally, 2 days each week will be held outdoors (location near the facility — details coming soon). This provides athletes with a balanced training experience in both indoor and outdoor environments.
