Salsa Aerobics Performance Team with Stephanie!

Salsa Aerobics performance series is a little incentive for all your continued hard work for coming to class. Lets get brave, learn some choreography and perform it!! This class will touch on really understanding the movement and really digging into your dancer inside. Movements will be inspired by my all things Latin and Jazz experience that I have learned over the years. With a little partner work to get to know your fellow dancers a little better and to put trust in each other and the team! Vamos a bailar!
