De-Desking is a practical, supportive program designed to help you undo the physical strain that builds from daily sedentary routines - whether you're sitting, standing, driving or simply doing a repetitive task most of the day.

Through guided sessions, you’ll explore gentle movement, stretching, posture awareness, and relaxation techniques that can be done at a desk, in a meeting room, or at home.
