Yoga-infused hula hooping class for all levels!
This class is perfect if you're starting out and want to learn the basics or if you want to up your game and discover a whole new style of hooping! I-love-hoola-hoops are designed to be gentle on the body, which creates a slower, more sensual style of hooping. I love hoola hoops interpret the expression of each individual’s body language and the hoops move and respond to your body's movement and posture.
After exploring the basics, you will learn to control the hoop by moving it up and down the body using your core and balance, then possibly adding a second hoop! We will finish off the class with a small dance hoop sequence giving you some new moves to groove with; find your own flow and grow from there!

There is a lot of confusing nutrition information on social media; this workshop intends to alleviate the confusion and anxiety surrounding nutrition.
It will focus on nutrition strategies for optimal health and teach participants fundamental, evidence-based concepts of nutrition.
In other words, you will learn the BASICS!
