Dance your heart out in this fun, energetic, upbeat class set to peppy Bollywood songs! Learn the basic dance steps and put them to use to routines that WORK. YOU. OUT. 

This high-intensity, cardio class will tone your entire body while having a BLAST. Let go, get ready to SWEAT, and leave a whole lot happier! 

Breakdown: 30 min Bollywood technique, 30 min non-stop dancing.



Shrooti is a versatile dancer, choreographer, performer and teacher with training in Odissi, Kathak, Bollywood, Indian folk dance, Hip hop, and Tap. She received the core foundation of her training in Odissi, Bollywood and Folk dance from Sudha Grover at the Sudhamini Dance Academy in NJ. She was a lead dancer with NYC based dance theater company, Nayikas. Shrooti has performed at the Lincoln Center, Ruben Museum of Art, Lighthouse International, the Zimmerli Museum and many others. 

Shrooti has taught Odissi, Bollywood, Bollywood Cardio, and Folk dance in NJ, Philadelphia, and Mumbai and has given several workshops in the Philadelphia and NYC areas. She is a passionate teacher committed to empowering her students on and off the stage. She is a certified yoga instructor and student for life!
