It will soon be that time again...
Book bags will be packed and kidlets will be returning to school. While anxiety is natural, practicing yoga and certain breathing techniques can help students handle the pressures associated with peers, workload and making the grade. In this program, designed just for kids, we will bring a playful element to yoga that kids can relate to in a non-competitive environment. For kids ages 5-10 (ish).
