Pilates for Midlife Series

Open to all levels of Pilates including beginners! In this 4 week series, learn to safely and efficiently build strength and mobility and be part of a community of women with a shared experience of this time of life! The focus of this program is to help you understand how to care for your unique body and guide you towards improved balance, strength, flexibility, and vitality.

First session counts as Intro Studio Session and must be taken in order to participate in three week series. First class will be 1 hour - 1 hour 30 mins as we go through foundations. The rest of the sessions will be 55 mins- 1 hour.
