Beginners Basics: Pilates for MidLife Series

This 4-class series is designed
specifically for new Pilates students who have
not yet completed an Intro
Studio Session. The first class is 1.5 hours and serves as
your official Intro Studio Session (regularly $60). The following
three classes are 55 minutes each.
Series: Mondays at 4 pm: 7/27, 8/3, 8/10,
8/17
Pricing: Initial
$85 payment covers all 4 class session
Pilates is beneficial for all
ages, especially during midlife! It can help manage menopausal
symptoms, build core and bone strength, and improve pelvic floor
health. Each session is adaptable to meet you where you are,
regardless of experience or limitations.

- Completion of the 1.5-hour INTRO class is required before joining any additional studio or BALANCE member classes.
- BALANCE members may join the series after the initial Intro class.
- Series purchases are non-transferable and may not be split, shared, or applied to future sessions.
