This program offers 200 hours of pre- recorded content to complete at your convenience, as well as 5 online zoom sessions with a mentor every other Saturday from 1-6pm every. The pace allows students to complete the online work in advance of sessions so they can participate in practicum exercises and questions and answers to process and grow with the content for the best learning experience.
This course includes online content done at your own pace, and 6 five hour zoom sessions in person with a mentor to practice and process the material. We meet on Zoom every other Saturday from 1-6 pm EST. The live retreat (optional) provides a 4.5 day opportunity to gather, learn and practice and we spend this time reviewing, teaching, testing and learning. A live chair yoga certification is offered the last two days of the practicum.
Come to Heartwood’s gorgeous property to Restore Your Soul with this 3 hour Workshop of deep introspection, Breathwork, Meditation, reconnection to nature, and a Restorative Yoga practice with (optional) Essential Oils.
Participants will be encouraged to be silent throughout the entire experience to allow for deeper healing and awareness. The use of silence as a tool for turning inward is an important part of self-awareness and is a way to gain insight into one’s feelings and behavior.

Kick start your weekend on the beautiful grounds of Heartwood Retreat Center with a mindful flow yoga class and a mimosa toast to life. Bring friends - or make new ones - as we connect our breath to our movements and sync to life's rhythm.
Weather permitting, class will be held in an outdoor area, such as the Chakra garden, so that we can engage our senses as we flow.
