This 5 Week series offers a gentle and nurturing yoga practice including asanas, pranayama techniques, & mudras that coincide with each of the Universe's 5 elements- earth, air, fire, water and space. Practicing yoga with the theme of the elements helps students to explore the power and inspiration of natural energies in and outside of the body. Essential oils will be used to enhance the mindful yoga experience.
