Join us Sunday, October 24th, for a Restorative Sound & Meditation specifically designed for runners who had participated in the Amway River Bank Run!!

The day after your rac, tap into the power of stillness. This restful practice offers students a series of postures made seemingly effortless through the use of yoga props as supports. Students move very little through class, with a focus on passive stretching and awareness of the breath. Unique sound meditations are offered during class, bringing bliss to both body and mind.
