Are you feeling tired and in need of some self- care time? Join Jessica Gladden, LMSW, PhD, RYT 500 for some rest and brainstorming. We will examine possible self- care activities that you can incorporate into your daily, weekly, and monthly practice. We will also take some time in our session to practice self- care through movement and meditation.
